Mario lives in the Washington, DC area with his wife, Kate, and daughter, Siena. He enjoys staying active, traveling, and making his own wine.

Berend leads the firm’s investment research, strategy, and alternative investment due diligence. He has over 15 years of experience across institutions including Bloomberg, Credit Suisse, and Goldman Sachs.
